This Boot Camp?program is designed to be a FUN, effective?total body workout for all ages and fitness levels. ?Moves will be modified to suit your needs, whether you?re hard core, ?just getting back into exercise, or if you want to shake up your current fitness routine. ?
Mondays and Wednesdays from 6am-7am
