Day 3: Cabbage soup and a combination of fruits and vegetables you have been allowed for the past two days, except bananas and potatoes.
Day 4: Cabbage soup and bananas (not more than 8 of them) and 2 glasses of skimmed milk.
Day 5: Cabbage soup and beef/ chicken/ fish (not more than 20 ounces of it) and upto 6 fresh tomatoes together with at least 6-8 glasses of water.
Day 6: Cabbage soup, a maximum of 3 beef steaks and as much fresh vegetables (except potatoes) as you want to/ can have.
Day 7: Cabbage soup, a maximum of 2 cups of brown rice and an unlimited amount of unsweetened fruit juices and vegetables.
