Hi, anyone know is there any school that offer Negotiation skills in Singapore? Like Certificate or Diploma in?
Negotiation skills? Schools that are recognized by the Ministry of Education in Singapore. not a Module but a full Cert or Dip. Any response most appreciated. Thanks!

You negotiate with your employer for more pay. There are no right or wrong way to negotiate. You negotiate with a gun barrel. You negotiate by staring and not talking for hours just like the Communists. You negotiate by kidnapping people and beheading them just like the jihadists.
The closest you can learn about negotiation is probably taking up political science and history major in the university.

Which independent and dependent variables would be best in measuring managers? skills of negotiation?
I am trying to do a research on how manager?s negotiation skills (or having taken negotiation classes or courses) might affect firm profits, and i am having a really hard time coming up with the research model (such as the dependent and independent variables).
any thoughts would be very much appreciated.

But what is being negotiated and what is the manager getting in return for his compromise? That needs to be investigated as well.

I would highly suggest first spell checking and grammar checking. Two good role plays are a traditional collective bargaining exercise followed by an issue-based negotiation?the book ?Getting to Yes? has a good example of issue-based dispute resolution that can be used to contrast ?good? negotiations from traditional negotiations.
