Anyways, onto your question. Have you seen the RP tab system yet? Well, if you have, just go to the 'Character' tab, scroll down until you find 'application', fill the sheet in and click submit. Then, if it's the Multiverse, you can go straight on to RPing, however when it's another RP you will generally have to wait for the GM to accept the application.
